Confetti is hiring a Senior Marketing Web Designer to take our landing pages to the next level! This is not a UX/UI role—we need a marketing-driven designer who knows how to build, optimize, and iterate on high-converting pages quickly.

✅ Design & implement marketing landing pages using Webflow, Figma, and CSS.
✅ Create and optimize multiple versions of pages based on A/B testing and conversion performance.
✅ Build a system of reusable templates & design components for rapid deployment.
✅ Enhance interactivity & engagement—adding fun, movement, and marketing impact.
✅ Leverage AI tools & automation to accelerate the design process.
✅ Ensure seamless integration with third-party tools & custom CSS.
