Confetti is looking for a Senior Graphic Designer to create bold, high-impact visuals that attract, engage, and convert! If you thrive in a fast-paced marketing environment, know how to optimize designs through A/B testing, and love crafting visuals that drive results, this role is for you!

✅ Design striking Experience Covers & branding assets that make our virtual events stand out.
✅ Create multiple versions of marketing materials (ads, social graphics, etc.) to optimize performance.
✅ Build structured templates & reusable design components for rapid execution.
✅ Leverage AI & automation to streamline the creative process.
✅ Collaborate with marketing teams to ensure visuals align with business goals.

🔹 What We’re Looking For:

✔️ Experience in a SaaS or product company—not just agency or one-off freelance projects.
✔️ A/B testing expertise—you know how to iterate based on performance data.
✔️ Mastery of Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator & AI design tools (MidJourney, DALL·E, etc.).
✔️ A systematization & automation mindset—finding efficient, scalable ways to execute creative work.
✔️ Creative problem-solving skills—you know how to use lean solutions (AI, stock, or quick 3D tools) to bring big ideas to life fast.
